S-Lab Skyway Shoes

<p>The Salomon S-Lab Skyway hiking shoes are exceptionally versatile and suitable for long distances on technically demanding trails and pathless terrain. How does this furthermore come about? This is due to the special "Hike-&-Fly" segment for which the shoe is optimized - i.e. for use when paragliding. French paragliding athlete Maxime Pinot was heavily involved in the development and had a shoe for longer alpine adventures with a glider in mind.</p> <p <p>The result is of course particularly interesting for all paragliders, but you can also use the excellent stabilized, comfortable shoe without taking to the air. The Skyway cuts an excellent figure in the areas of long-distance hiking, mountain hiking and approach. If you often have a somewhat heavier rucksack with you, you will still be very sure-footed with this agile low shoe.</p> <p <p>Significant reinforcements make the all-round hiker sufficiently robust to withstand the mountain world, even in rocky terrain. The efficient cushioning midsole is not only laterally stable, but is also perfectly complemented by the non-slip contagrip® outsole with a small Velcro zone. The Skyway won't let you down when tackling steeper rocky passages.</p>
