The Rother hiking guide "Spanish Way of St. James - Camino Francés" describes the famous route from Saint-Jean-Pied-de-Port in France across the Pyrenees to Santiago de Compostela in 31 stages. Also included are the six stages of the Aragonese Way from the French-Spanish Somport-Pyrenees Pass to Puente la Reina and the continuation to Finisterre and Muxía on the Atlantic coast. With details of around 500 hostels, it provides one of the most complete lists of pilgrims' accommodation along the Way.

The Way of St. James is a natural and cultural experience. GPS data is available for download.

The author Cordula Rabe has lived in Altea, Spain, for many years and is an excellent expert on the Spanish Way of St. James.
