Dark Machine X Ice Tool

<p>The Dark Machine X ice tool from Grivel is an extremely light and stable ice tool that Grivel has developed especially for competitions and mixed climbing. The head of the tool is completely interchangeable and can be fitted with different blades of the Vario system, so that it can be equipped for different uses.</p><p>Thanks to the strongly curved shaft made of aluminium with carbon cover, the Dark Machine X ice tool achieves grandiose robustness at low weight. The ice tool is extremely well balanced, with a centre of gravity relatively far forward, so that it swings well.</p><p>The angle of the carbon grip with small diameter is designed to keep the wrists as straight as possible - even when you are climbingin steep ice and overhanging terrain. Thus the forearms do not tire as quickly.</p><p>Overall, the Dark Machine X is 52 cm long and compatible with Grivel's Ice Vario, Total Ice Vario and Total Dry Vario.</p>
