Description
<p>Garmin's Forerunner 255 GPS Watch traditionally focuses on runners, but it also offers other activity profiles (30 in total), including a Crossfit mode.</p><p>As is typical for Garmin, the watch itself is an excellent training partner and coach. It helps you plan your runs, gives you training suggestions, records all your training and fitness parameters and helps you evaluate them. The watch measures your heart rate at the wrist and you won't lose track of your position thanks to the connection to multiple satellite systems.</p><p>In GNSS mode with GPS only, the battery lasts up to 30 hours; in GNSS mode with all systems and multiband, it runs up to 16 hours, and if you play music, it still lasts a full 6.5 hours.</p><p>The morning report not only shows you how your sleep was but also your heart rate variability and weather forecast. In addition, it shows you what your general training status is, what your acute load is like, and how Training Effect and stress levels are doing.</p><p>Garmin Coach helps you prepare for your next 5k, 10k or marathon. The PacePro™ function then helps you maintain the right pace during the race.</p>
