<p>The Climbing Technology AXIS HMS SGL big size is a hot forged light metal carabiner with screw cap and fixation for the binding loop. It is especially suitable for alpine use or rescue operations.</p><p>The extra generous dimension and the wide opening allow the attachment of several ropes and facilitate rope manoeuvres. With its stabilizing fixation for the binding loop, both twisting and transverse loads are prevented when belaying. The shape guarantees correct working on the axis of the rope. The pronounced double T-profile in the cross section ensures an excellent weight/breaking load ratio.</p><p>AXIS HMS SGL big size is equipped with the so-called catch-free lock, the design of which is optimised to prevent accidental jamming during use.</p>
